As our development partner, you will:

• Receive intensive, initial training at our home office in Stevenson, Maryland, (just an hour away from Washington, D.C.) where you will learn the Sandler training system and business model in detail.

• Work with a senior Sandler International staff member, who will serve as your on-call, business-development coach.
