Steve Howell is the Vice President of Operations at Sandler Training. Steve is responsible for domestic and international franchisee support and growth. This includes all facets of on-boarding, training and coaching of trainers within the network. From 2001 – 2005, Steve was the Director of Operations.

Steve has spent over 25 years in the industry. Prior to working for Sandler, he was the Director of Training and Support and then Vice President of Operations at NaturaLawn of America.
