Mindfulness. We’ve all heard the term but it’s likely that few of us have spent any quality time learning about it. Jon Kabat-Zinn is a professor of medicine at The University of Massachusetts and an expert on mindfulness. He explains it in simple terms as “paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment and non judgmentally”. Interesting.
